(Dr.) Omolara Esther Mathew, shall enjoy perpetual succession rights. This provision ensures that the founders will continue to benefit from the legacy and growth of the Institute, with their contributions being honored and maintained indefinitely.

As part of this provision, the founders shall be entitled to royalty benefits associated with the success, intellectual property, and continued impact of the Institute. These benefits recognize their ongoing role as the cornerstone of the Institute’s philosophy, vision, and leadership, thereby ensuring that their leadership legacy is preserved for generations to come.

This clause affirms that the founders’ involvement and impact on IALCM shall remain integral to its identity, even as the Institute grows and expands.
