Course Overview

The Associate – AIALCM (Professional Level Coaching I) is the entry-level professional coaching certification at the Institute of Africa Life Coaches and Mentors. Designed for professionals, leaders, and executives with 7+ years of experience, this course provides foundational coaching and mentoring frameworks, personal mastery tools, and practical techniques aligned with global standards.

The program builds self-awareness, communication proficiency, and leadership through coaching, empowering individuals to influence both personal and organizational transformation.
