Membership Grades

- Senior Fellow (SIALCM) The highest and most prestigious membership grade.Awarded to seasoned professionals, leaders, and C-suite executives with over 20 years of experience in leadership, coaching, mentoring, or related fields.Senior Fellows are recognized as thought leaders and changemakers who have demonstrated a consistent legacy of influence and excellence.
- Fellow (FIALCM) Conferred upon professionals and senior leaders with a minimum of 15 years of experience, who have exhibited exceptional impact, leadership acumen, and commitment to mentorship or coaching. Fellows represent the next tier of accomplished experts contributing significantly to personal and organizational transformation.
- Associate (AIALCM) Designed for professionals, executives, and rising leaders with at least 7 years of experience, who are actively engaged in leadership, people development, or personal growth initiatives. Associates are on a pathway to greater leadership and influence within the coaching ecosystem. Honorary Membership Awarded, not applied for. This prestigious title is granted to individuals who have made landmark contributions in their field of endeavor—whether in leadership, academia, innovation, public service, or community transformation. Honorary Members exemplify values that align with the mission of IALCM and serve as role models of excellence, integrity, and societal impact.
Mandatory Niche Specialization- Your Coaching Credentials
To obtain any certification or membership grade, candidates are required to complete one core niche specialization offered by the Institute. This specialization ensures each member is equipped with a strong foundation in either coaching or mentorship, aligned with their passion and professional focus.
Candidates are required to choose one of the following mandatory niche options:
- Certified Professional Mentor
- Certified Professional Life Coach
