Membership & Certification Requirements

To become a certified member of the Institute of Africa Life Coaches and Mentors (IALCM), candidates must successfully complete the following steps:

Application Process

  1. Purchase Application Form
    Begin your journey by purchasing the official application form for a non-refundable fee of $20.
  2. Submit Completed Application
    Complete and return the application form with accurate details and supporting documents as required.
  3. Membership & Niche Payment
    Proceed with the membership grade payment (Senior Fellow, Fellow, or Associate) along with the chosen coaching credential – niche specialization (Certified Professional Life Coach or Certified Professional Mentor).

Training & Assessment Process

  1. Participate in Intensive Training
    Attend 6-day immersive online training totaling 35 hours. Sessions are interactive, practical, and led by experienced faculty.
  2. Complete Assessment Questions
    Candidates will respond to 12–15 assessment questions, requiring approximately 3–5 hours of focused reflection and application.
  3. Engage in Case Studies & Reviews
    Participate in 3–5 real-world case studies and peer reviews over a two-day period, accounting for 5–10 hours of collaborative learning.
  4. Submit Mini Project
    Complete and submit a milestone mini-project aligned with your chosen niche to demonstrate understanding and practical application.
  5. Attend Graduation Ceremony
    Celebrate your achievement by attending the graduation ceremony, held online or onsite, depending on your preference and location.
